TO:  PNA HOMEOWNERS

FROM: PNA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

SUBJECT:  2016 PLANS AND ACTIONS

Your Board of Directors has been hard at work since the February 2 Annual Membership Meeting and we wanted to make good on our commitment to be an action-oriented Board that provides the leadership necessary to ensure that the property values of Pippinpost properties continue to grow and the quality of life here makes it the Best Place to Live in Conway.

While this Board is focused on Pippinpost’s future, we also want to ensure the enhanced transparency and communication we promised at the Annual Meeting by closing out 2015 with the Year End Financial report (attached) as well as the Minutes from the February 2 Annual Meeting (attached).

Your Board takes its responsibilities very seriously and realizes that to do the things our community wants, the Board needs to be an action-oriented leadership Team that works together today as well as nurturing strong, capable leadership succession for the long term well being of the Pippinpost community.
